What is Archive Haus?
Archive Haus is an Australian destination for personally sourced designer pieces and premium American denim.
We source exclusive designer items from New York and Los Angeles, alongside cult U.S. denim brands that are difficult to find in Australia.
How is Archive Haus different from other resale stores?
Unlike many resale businesses, we don't operate on consignment. Every designer piece is personally sourced by our founder, Megan. Rather than accepting items from the public, we carefully hand-pick every piece that becomes part of our collection, focusing on quality, individuality and items that everyone else isn’t already wearing.
Are your designer pieces authentic?
Yes.
Every designer resale item is independently verified by Real Authentication before being listed on our website. Each purchase includes third-party authentication, so you can shop with confidence.

Is your U.S. denim brand new?
Our premium U.S. denim collection includes both brand new and resale pieces.Brand new styles arrive with their original tags attached, while any pre-loved pieces are clearly identified on the product page, with their condition accurately described.
What brands do you stock?
Our collection changes regularly, but includes premium American denim brands such as Still Here New York and RE/DONE, alongside designer pieces from leading luxury fashion houses in the U.S.
How often do you release new pieces?
We release new arrivals monthly. Each drop is intentionally small, with around five carefully sourced pieces added at a time. Once a piece sells, it's unlikely we'll source that exact item again.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Designer resale pieces are one of a kind and are rarely restocked. For U.S. denim, we may receive additional sizes or styles depending on availability.
Can I return my order?
Designer resale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing. U.S. denim may be exchanged for another size if available. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Can I request measurements or additional photos?
Absolutely. If you'd like additional measurements, close-up photos or more information about a piece before purchasing, simply email us at hello@archivehaus.com.au.
Do you offer styling advice?
Yes. Whether you're choosing between sizes, styling a designer piece or finding the right denim fit, we're always happy to help.
Where do you ship?
At this stage, we ship Australia-wide. Every order includes complimentary Australia Post Standard Shipping, with Express Shipping available at checkout.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12:00 pm AWST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.
Can I shop in person?
Yes. You're welcome to visit our private Fremantle studio by appointment. Appointments include the opportunity to try on pieces, receive personalised styling advice and shop the collection in person. To book, email hello@archivehaus.com.au.
Do you buy designer items?
Not at this stage. Archive Haus is not a consignment business. Every piece is personally sourced by our founder to ensure it reflects the Archive Haus collection.
