As every designer resale piece is individually sourced and one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fit or sizing. Please contact us before purchasing if you'd like additional photographs, measurements or advice, we’re always happy to help.
U.S. Denim
We understand finding the perfect fit matters. If you've purchased our U.S. denim and require another size, we're happy to exchange your jeans provided your preferred size is available.
If your required size is unavailable, we'll issue a store credit for the purchase price. Items must be returned unworn, with original tags attached and in their original condition.
If Something Isn't Right
If you believe your order arrives not as described, please contact us at hello@archivehaus.com.au and we'll work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reccomend using a tracked postal service, as Archive Haus cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Once your return has been recieved and inspected, your store credit will be applied. Please all 5 business days for the credit to be applied.
This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law
